Procedure for dealing with university entry qualifications obtained outside Poland

Admissions to chosen fields of study will be decided upon the provision of all required documents before the application deadline expires. When applying for second degree studies, the decision will also depend on the results of the analysis of course documents from the first degree. It is therefore advisable to provide copies of all required documents as early as possible. The documents should be submitted to the appropriate Faculty Recruitment Commission. In the case of difficulties in meeting the delivery deadline for entry certificate(s) required for undergraduate studies, please submit all available documents plus copies of the certificates to be validated. In this case, instead of a decision about admission, the candidate may obtain information about the exceptional extension of the deadline to submit the document by a specific date. Once the document is delivered within the prescribed period, the candidate will receive a decision about admission. Otherwise, after the deadline, candidates will receive a decision of non-acceptance due to failure to submit the documents before the required deadline.
